COMMUNITY CAT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The Community Cat Management Program is a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiative that humanely manages and controls Cebu’s feral and free-roaming cat population. Currently, PPM oversees two areas — the Cats of Cebu Business Park and Cats of Andres Abellana — caring for over 120 community cats that are all spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and ear-notched for identification.
Through this ongoing effort, the program has prevented over 2,000 unwanted kittens from being born on the streets.
COMMUNITY PANTRY DRIVE
The Community Pawntry Drive is a donation initiative that supports local animal shelters, rescue groups, and individual advocates caring for strays. Through this drive, PPM raises funds and gathers in-kind donations to purchase and distribute pet food and essential supplies to those in need.
Inspired by the community pantry movement that spread across the Philippines during the pandemic lockdown, the Community Pawntry Drive carries forward the same spirit of compassion, bayanihan, and shared responsibility—this time for the animals who depend on us most.
