Cats of Cebu Business Park

The Cats of Cebu Business Park are part of Cebu City’s first Community Cat Management Program, a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiative that started in 2016 by SvetRescue. 

In 2022, the project officially partnered with Cebu Business Park Association Inc. to strengthen its humane cat management efforts. Today, over 60 community cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and monitored daily by dedicated volunteer feeders. 

This partnership serves as a model for compassionate and sustainable community cat care in Cebu.

Cats of Andres Guadalupe

The Cats of Andres Guadalupe project began in 2020, during the height of the pandemic lockdown, as a grassroots effort to help abandoned and hungry cats in the neighborhood. 

What started as simple feeding rounds soon grew into a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) initiative focused on humane population control and community awareness. 

The project continues to feed, monitor, and care for over 60 community cats. It stands as a testament to compassion and teamwork, showing how small acts of kindness can create lasting change for animals in need.
